There is a new service called You Can Book Me that allows you to let others see when you are available and set an appointment with you. And it's free. You can add the link to your Blackboard classroom, your website, and so on. You set the times you are available; the students schedule the appointments. Four hours before the appointment, the student automatically will receive a reminder about the appointment.
